Dusty Rubeck, President

Dusty was appointed president of CDF Capital and Co:Mission Foundation in 2014, following ten years as president of Dallas Christian College. He has also served as Chairman, President and CEO of the Christian Network, Inc. and was the Executive Director for the North American Christian Convention. Dusty was a member of CDF’s Board of Directors from 1999 to 2006, and a member of the Board of Directors of Provision Ministry Group from 2003 to 2006. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dallas Christian College.

David Duncan, Executive Director and COO

David comes to Co:Mission after serving as Vice President of Development and Ozark Christian College and being principal owner of Duncan Consulting. Since 1989, when he began work with Good News Productions, International, David and has helped facilitate tens of millions of dollars of current gifts for churches and ministries. In addition, he has provided hundreds of families with estate and gift design services resulting in more than $100 million of estate and asset gifts. David is passionate about teaching and modeling Biblical stewardship principles.

Gwen Clemmons, Client Services Manager

Gwen Clemmons has more than 40 years of experience helping organizations and individuals identify and meet their charitable goals. She possesses a broad understanding of charitable organizations which, combined with her highly developed organization skills, gives her a thorough approach to finding the right solution for clients. Gwen has the unique ability to understand complex legal issues, and to make them more easily understood by ministry partners. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University.

Larry Winger
Larry is CEO of Provision Ministry Group, a family of gap-filling ministries designed to accelerate Kingdom growth, including Visioneering Studios, Inc., and Stadia: New Church Strategies. Larry is also StratOp facilitator & governance consultant. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University, and The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management. Larry is married and lives in Tustin, CA.

Tom McGlinchey
Tom served as the first president of Co:Mission. He joined the executive staff of Church Development Fund in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer and was named to the same role with Provision Ministry Group in 2004. Tom is a Certified Management Accountant, with a Bachelor’s degree from California State University at Fullerton and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Tom and his family attend The Journey Christian Church in Irvine, California.

Eric Schroeder
Eric is Founder and Partner of Cross First Bank. He is Managing Director, Kansas City Private & Personal Banking where his primary role is to “ensure that our shareholders and customers are served in extraordinary ways.” He is a graduate of University of Central Missouri. Eric is married to Julie and lives in Lee’s Summit, MO.

Tom Ellsworth
Tom Ellsworth has served with the Sherwood Oaks Christian Church in Bloomington, Indiana, since January 1981. Tom served as the North American Christian Convention president for the 2001 Tampa convention and enjoys speaking for various conferences and leadership events. He has written and co-authored several books, and holds degrees from St. Louis Christian College and Cincinnati Christian University. Tom and his wife, Elsie, have been married for 39 years and have two married daughters. They have also been blessed with six grandchildren.
